COMPANY BACKGROUND

Like many successful companies, Realtec began in search for something better. Realtec represented a dream of founder Steve Stansfield, to assemble a nucleus of high-energy, highly-educated commercial specialists who could dominate the Northern Colorado market. This dream was shared by other experienced brokers who would later join the company.

In an effort to competently and adequately serve the Northern Colorado area, Realtec has five offices: The Monroe Office in mid-town Fort Collins; the Downtown Office in Old Town Fort Collins; the Loveland Office in Downtown Loveland; in west Greeley, the Greeley Office and in Aurora, the Denver office.

The Monroe Office consists of Steve Stansfield, Rhys Christensen, Peter Kast, Michael Ehler, Larry Stroud, Jason Ells, Jeff Doran, Peter Kelly, Nate Heckel, Eric Nichols and Matthew S. Patyk.

The Downtown Office brokers consist of Dan Eckles, Jim Mokler, Patty Spencer, and Rick Callan.

The Loveland Office brokers include Tom Reznik, Larry Melton, Fae Hicks, Ken Voss, Jack Trethewey, Ken McCrady and Patrick O'Donnell.

Greeley brokers are Mark Bradley, Nick Berryman, Steve Griffith, Renee Wehrung, Kate Struzenberg and Brandon Dreiling.

In 2008, Realtec announced its foray into the Denver metro market with its newest branch office serving the Denver market, headed by Chris Mooney.

With this team of seasoned professionals, Realtec has enjoyed its position as the dominant force in the northern Colorado marketplace since its inception. In its quest to maintain its market position, Realtec enlists only the best and brightest of commercial real estate practitioners. Realtec boasts having six (6) Society of Industrial and Office Designees (SIOR) and eight (10) Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designees, attesting to the importance placed upon achieving the highest standards of professional education.
