Larry has served businesses in Northern Colorado as a licensed Colorado Broker Associate since 1978. He received a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from Colorado State University, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the National Realtors Association, SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) designation. Active in the commercial real estate industry, Larry chaired the Downtown Development Authority, and has served in the Northern Colorado Commercial Brokers Association, Sertoma, Leadership Fort Collins, Iasis Christ Fellowship, New Vista Outreach, as well as various city and county land use committees. Larry has specialized in site selection services for both local and national retail and office users, maintains expertise in pre-development services, and facilitates in locating investment property for clients seeking replacement property in 1031 exchanges. He has resided in Fort Collins since 1963.
