Tom brings 18 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate to Realtec-Loveland. Specializing in buyer representation, he has an extensive background assisting investors in finding properties that meet their needs and goals. Tom's expertise in investment has also provided him with a strong background in redevelopment projects.
Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Education and Training from Colorado State University. A former detective with the City of Fort Collins police force, Tom is committed to creating a positive and progressive community in Northern Colorado.
Tom joined the Realtec-Loveland team as a partner in 2001. With his fellow partners and staff, Tom strives to create a comfortable and efficient work environment in which clients can pursue their individual real estate goals.
