Brian joined the Realtec team in 2009. Formerly an agent with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services, Brian has extensive investment real estate experience, specializing in the brokerage of multi-housing properties in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.
While at Marcus & Millichap, Brian formed a solid foundation for investment real estate and built strong relationships locally, regionally and nationally. Specializing in apartment brokerage, Brian has been involved in the financial underwriting, marketing and transaction management of over 2,000 units in Colorado and Wyoming. With activity levels hovering around $30M each year,Brian and the apartment team at Realtec have consistently held the position of the top apartment team in the region.

Brian graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.S. in Engineering and prior to pursuing his career in commercial real estate, he spent ten years in the high-tech world of visual simulation. Brian left the industry as a Director of Customer Services and has worked closely with clients such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, NASA, Daimler-Chrysler, DARPA, and BAE.
