Peter has been a successful real estate representative for local and national companies in site selection services, pre-development services including entitlement, and project management. Additionally, he has provided Landlord services such as leasing and seller agency, opinion of value and investment strategies.

Beginning his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis in Denver, Peter relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2000, where he was a partner at Everitt Commercial Partners before joining Realtec.

Peter has been fortunate enough to work on a wide array of projects in Northern Colorado. From his involvement in the development and leasing of the Skyline Center for Health, a 78,000 square foot medical office building in Loveland, to acting as buyer's agent for national companies doing site selection in and around Northern Colorado. Peter has also been involved in brokering master planned development land in projects such as Boyd Lake Village and Dacono Gateway Center.
