Peter possesses over 30 years of extensive commercial real estate experience. He began his career in Seattle, WA in 1980 and relocated to Fort Collins in 1984, where he started as a broker with Everitt Companies.

In 1998, Peter became Vice President of Marketing and Sales for GT Land of Colorado where he specialized in land portfolio management and sales. During his tenure with GT, Peter facilitated raw land through the entitlement process for residential, office, retail, industrial, institutional, and recreational uses; including Harmony Market retail center and various residential subdivisions. Later, Peter went on to form his own company, Kast Real Estate Services, Inc., enabling him to expand his expertise to all areas of commercial real estate.

Peter joined the Realtec team in 1999 and specializes in the brokerage of land, office, and retail properties. Peter continues to utilize his education and experience to attain his clients' real estate goals.

Peter is very involved in the Fort Collins community. He has been, or is currently active in: the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, the Foothills Rotary Club, the Fort Collins Community Foundation, Economic Development Committees, Larimer County Boards including the Open Lands Advisory Board, and the Evangelical Covenant Church.
