Nate joined Realtec in 2006 and has since completed over 150 transactions, accounting for over 1,000,000 square feet.

Nate has a strong background in real estate with valuable industry experience as an Acquisition Analyst for a public REIT and previous work in property management. Nate also graduated summa cum laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Finance.

As a commercial broker, Nate has successfully completed transactions involving many challenging issues within the real estate industry, including:

   • 10-31 tax deferred exchange

   • Receivership and bank owned

   • Loan defeasance

   • Auctions

   • Sale of contract

   • Purchase options and rights of refusal

   • Coinciding sales

Nate and his wife Lindsey are both Northern Colorado natives and enjoy spending time with their friends and family, backpacking, running and attend Crossroads Church.
