“Purchasing real estate is never an easy task, especially commercial real estate. Jason Ells represented my interests professionally, efficiently and ethically on my purchase of a 30,000 square foot industrial facility in Fort Collins. Having a brokerage partner on your side in a commercial deal is as important as a good attorney. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason Ells and Realtec to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing commercial space.”
