Brandon has been a successful real estate representative for local and national companies in site selection and pre-development services, including entitlement and project management. As a native to Northern Colorado, Brandon grew up in the family owned Water Well Irrigation business of almost 35 years. Over the last 10 years, Brandon has owned and operated a property management company and participated in several investment and development partnerships in Northern Colorado.

Brandon brings substantial brokerage, property management and development experience to the Realtec team with a proven track record of consistent performance and effective service to his clients. He specializes in land and development projects, but is very eager to be an expert in all product types.
