Erik has been a Colorado resident since 1990 and completed his B.A. from Colorado State University with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. He began his real estate career with Wheeler Commercial in 2006 and stayed on board after Wheeler was acquired by Marcus & Millichap.
Erik joined the Realtec team in January 2009 with over three years of investment real estate experience at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the brokerage of multi-family properties in Northern Colorado.
Erik has been the top performing apartment broker in Northern Colorado for the past four years. Erik is committed to providing the services needed to fulfill all of his clients' requirements and is dedicated to providing apartment owners the highest quality advisory and brokerage services possible.
In addition to multifamily investments, Erik focuses on retail, office and industrial properties for clients. He provides a high level of service and assists owners in positioning their properties for either sales or long-term holds.
